The Bloomington Bowling Association (Men’s Organization) and the Bloomington Women’s Bowling Association  are discussing a merger of the two organizations in accordance within The United States Bowling Congress guidelines. There will be informational meetings held on the following evenings at the various bowling centers within our jurisdictional boundaries. We hope that all members will make the time to come and get this information so that a vote may be taken. 

Dates for the informational meetings are as follows: 

• November 4 at 5:30 - Circle Lanes; 

• November 11 at 5:30 - Pheasant Lanes; 

• December 5 at 5:30 - Twin City Lanes;

• December 12 at 5:30 - Minier Lanes, Mustang Sallys, Colfax Lanes and El Paso Lanes.

The Association meeting will be held at 6:00 at the Community Room, Bloomington Public Library on January 16, 2008. At this meeting all members will be voting on the question of whether to merge with the men’s association or to remain strictly a women’s organization. 

All members are urged to attend at least one of the meetings this fall and the association meeting in January.
